“My dad was moving across the country and going to a smaller home. He was selling his house in California. I was overseeing the sale, but from the East Coast, and needed someone to manage the removal of all remaining contents. We wanted items to go to donation and recycle with a few pieces going to Sale and very little going to trash. There were a few family items that were missing and we needed someone who would do a thorough job looking for those items for us. Our Realtor recommended Felicia and Amy after working with them on a different sale. I met with them prior to returning home and they were very professional and pleasant. They did an excellent job of documenting everything, which had a bonus use. An unexpected theft of items in the house from a former friend of my father's, who had keys to the house, added a twist to the job that could not have been foreseen. Felicia and Amy kept me up to date on everything and went the extra step of helping me file a police report. They provided photographic evidence of the missing items and gave a witness report. Certainly, not what they signed up for, but they handled everything gracefully and professionally. This is not an inexpensive service, but it is an excellent value for the price. Their service made it possible to sell Dad's house without having to stay on the West Coast. Felicia and Amy worked well/coordinated well with my Realtor.
